14-day right of withdrawal

When you shop as a consumer at eliasforberg.no, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The deadline runs from the day you receive the item.

To use the right of withdrawal, you must give us clear notice before the deadline expires.

Send an email to orders@eliasforberg.no. Please include your order number.

You can also use the withdrawal form.

After you have given notice

The item must be sent back without undue delay and within 14 days of you giving notice that you wish to use the right of withdrawal.

Who pays the return shipping?

For ordinary use of the right of withdrawal, the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping.

We recommend sending the item with tracked shipping.

Condition of the item

You may open and examine the item in a reasonable way to establish its size, characteristics and function. For a T-shirt, that means you may try it on.

If the item is used beyond what is necessary to examine it, you may be liable for any reduction in value.

Refund

When the right of withdrawal is validly used, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. The return cost is normally covered by the customer.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the item or you have documented that it has been sent.

The refund is normally made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty or damaged item

If the item is wrong, damaged or has a production fault, do not use the ordinary return procedure first.

Contact orders@eliasforberg.no and send your order number and photos of the problem.

In the case of a justified complaint, we handle the matter without charging you the ordinary return costs for a fault we are responsible for.

Print-on-demand

The fact that a standard item is produced after the order is placed does not in itself remove the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions may apply if a product is later made individually to your own specifications or is clearly personalised. In such cases this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
