The seller is:

Company reg. no. 936 804 802

Elias Forberg AS is the contracting party and responsible seller for all purchases made in the online store at eliasforberg.no.

Some products are produced and shipped by external production and logistics partners, including Printful. This does not change the customer's rights towards Elias Forberg AS.

2. Buyer

The buyer is the person placing the order.

To shop in the store, the buyer must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide correct information about name, email, delivery and payment.

3. Products and product information

We try to show products, sizes, materials, colours and prints as accurately as possible.

Colours may vary slightly between screen and physical product. Minor variations in placement and appearance can also occur as a result of the production process.

The product information shown on the product page at the time of purchase forms part of the agreement.

4. Price

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) unless stated otherwise.

Product price, shipping and any other costs are shown before the customer completes payment. No mandatory additions are added after the order is confirmed.

The price shown in the completed order is the price that applies to the purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is handled through Stripe.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's country, device and which methods are enabled at any given time.

Payment is made when the order is placed.

Elias Forberg AS does not store complete card details.

6. Order confirmation

Once payment is confirmed, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

  • order number
  • items purchased
  • size and quantity
  • price
  • shipping
  • total amount
  • delivery address
  • link to order status
  • terms of sale and withdrawal form as PDF

The customer is responsible for checking that the information in the order confirmation is correct, and for contacting us as soon as possible if anything is wrong.

7. Production and delivery

Some items are produced only after the order is placed.

T-shirts and other print-on-demand products may be produced and shipped directly by our production partner Printful.

Estimated delivery time is shown where available. Delivery time is an estimate and can be affected by production, carrier, customs handling and other factors.

Unless otherwise agreed, the item will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the purchase at the latest.

When the item is shipped, the customer normally receives an email with tracking information where tracking is available.

8. Delay or missing delivery

If the item is not delivered as agreed, please contact us at orders@eliasforberg.no.

In the event of delay, the rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act apply. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may for example demand delivery, set a reasonable additional deadline, cancel the purchase or claim compensation.

9. Right of withdrawal

When buying online, a consumer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received. The customer must give clear notice of using the right of withdrawal within the deadline.

The right of withdrawal also applies to our ordinary T-shirts and other standard products, even if they are produced after the order is received.

If we later offer products that are actually made to the customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalised, those may fall under the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. In that case this will be stated clearly before the purchase is completed.

See the Returns & right of withdrawal page for full information.

10. Returns when using the right of withdrawal

The customer must give notice of using the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.

Once notice has been given, the item must be returned without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest.

The customer pays the direct costs of the return when this has been stated before the purchase.

The item may be examined in the same way as in a physical shop. The customer may be liable for any reduction in value if the item has been used or handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

11. Refunds when using the right of withdrawal

When the right of withdrawal is validly used, we refund the payments we have received for the purchase, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery.

Any additional costs caused by the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery are not refunded.

Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of us receiving notice of withdrawal at the latest. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received or the customer documents that it has been sent back.

Refunds are normally made using the same payment method as the purchase.

12. Faults, damage or wrong item

The right of withdrawal and a complaint (reclamation) are two different things.

If the item is damaged, has a production fault, is the wrong size compared to the order or otherwise does not match what was bought, please contact us at orders@eliasforberg.no.

Please include:

  • order number
  • a description of the problem
  • photos if the fault is visible

In the case of a valid complaint, the customer does not cover the cost of correcting a fault for which Elias Forberg AS is responsible.

For clothing, the complaint period is normally up to two years. For goods intended by their nature to last considerably longer, the period may be five years.

13. Uncollected parcels or wrong address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

If a shipment is returned because the customer gave the wrong address, did not collect the item or was otherwise unable to receive the delivery, the customer may be charged documented costs related to re-sending, to the extent permitted by applicable rules.

14. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Information necessary to complete the purchase may be shared with providers that handle payment, production, shipping and customer/order communication.

15. Complaints and disputes

If a problem arises, we ask the customer to contact orders@eliasforberg.no first. We will try to find a solution.

If the matter is not resolved, a Norwegian consumer may among other things contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation. Disputes covered by the scheme may, after mediation and where relevant, be handled by the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).

Mandatory rights under Norwegian consumer legislation apply regardless of these terms.
